Check your email — complete your Qualiphy consultation
Within minutes of checkout, you'll receive an email from Qualiphy with a link to complete your medical consultation. This typically takes 3–5 minutes and covers your medical history, current medications, and treatment goals. Answer honestly — this is a real medical evaluation.
A licensed provider reviews and approves your prescription
A board-certified healthcare provider will review your consultation within 24–48 hours. If approved, your prescription is sent directly to our partner pharmacy. If additional information is needed, you'll be contacted. If you're not approved, you'll receive a full refund.
Your pharmacy ships within 3–5 days of approval
Once your prescription is approved, our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares your medication specifically for you. Every compound is tested for purity, potency, and sterility. Your order ships within 3–5 business days via temperature-controlled packaging. You'll receive tracking information once it ships.
When will I receive my order?
Total timeline: Most patients receive their order within 7–10 days of checkout.
- Day 1: Complete checkout → receive consultation email
- Day 1–2: Complete Qualiphy consultation (~3 minutes)
- Day 2–3: Provider reviews and approves prescription
- Day 5–8: Pharmacy compounds and ships your medication
- Day 7–10: You receive your order
What happens after I receive my order?
Your package includes everything you need to get started:

- Syringes and needles (if applicable)
- Alcohol wipes and supplies
